A contemporary house in Westmere, Auckland. Stark geometric volumes in blue-grey metal and white concrete. The floating upper level with its prominent window box against a pristine boundary wall. Private space behind hedges meets public realm. Strong horizontals in the composition, with a lone pedestrian as a scale reference. Pure minimalist residential architecture.
